About the role
An exciting and immediate opportunity for a Guillotine Operator to operate our Ram Punching Machines. A great opportunity to develop & progress your career with an industry leader and the world’s biggest IML manufacturer.
Requirements
Operate guillotine cutting machine to accurately cut materials to specified dimensions.
Perform machine setup, adjustments and troubleshooting as needed to ensure optimal performance.
Read and interpret job tickets to determine cutting requirements.
Conduct regular quality checks.
Maintain equipment including cleaning, lubrication and performing minor repairs as required.
Record and report daily production activities and any machine issues to the Manager.
About You
High attention to detail
Proven experience as Guillotine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing or print environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good verbal and written communication skills
Have a Mechanical aptitude and be Computer literate
Autonomous in running jobs in demonstrating competency in managing the line
