Working in conjunction with Sales Managers you will be responsible for delivery of Precision Ag services to the Australian farm customer at an industry-leading service level. The role will require a high level of communication (telephone & email) with customers and internal Precision Ag Sales and Operations teams.If you're a problem-solver with excellent communication and organisational skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!Key accountabilities:The timely and accurate entry of customer information and transactions into SalesforceCollection, digitisation and confirmation of paddock boundaries for all deals within your regionProvision of soil sampling plans to customers prior to the commencement of field workMaintenance of all start and end field work dates within your regionScheduling all field work within your region to ensure operational capacity is utilised and field work is completed on timeTelephone contact with customers prior to the commencement of field work.Telephone contact with customers following the completion of field work.Provision of accurate prescription files to contractors/customers, following approval of agreed actionsManagement of spreading contractor relationships within your regionKey responsibilities and duties:Conduct market analysis to deepen the business’ understanding of new opportunitiesFollow up prospective customers and qualify them based on agreed criteriaProvide onboarding and training materials to new agronomy partners and farmer customersDeliver results to customers in the manner required, with all deals moved to ‘Work completed’ within two days of results being made availableProvide ongoing training and support to both farmer and agronomic customer relationshipsSupport post-season reviews with key customers to ensure all agreed actions were implementedContribute to in-house research and development and identify opportunities to take on sector and industry leadership on behalf of the broader sales teamContribute to the marketing and promotions of key services within your regionPromote the merits of the business and relevant services through representation at key events throughout your regionAttend training courses and industry workshops to expand your industry intelligence and broaden your networkAdhere to relevant business processes to ensure the orderly handover between key personnelActively contribute to a culture of continuous process improvementRequired Experience & Skills:A passion for the agricultural sectorStrong communication skills and work ethicThe ability to form relationships across the organisation – particularly with Sales Managers and the Operations teamThe ability to solve issues and communicate those solutions in simple, easy-to-understand ways to customersIT proficiency using Microsoft applicationsHow to Apply:If you’re excited about contributing to Precision Agriculture and have the skills we’re looking for, we encourage you to apply!
