Summary:
The Department of Health in Tasmania is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the North West Regional Hospital's Spencer Clinic, a mental health unit providing inpatient care to consumers from the North West Tasmanian catchment area.
This role involves working within a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Consultant Psychiatrists, Registrars, Allied Health, Mental Health Nurses, and Attendants. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining therapeutic relationships with consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality patient care in an acute adult mental health setting
* Maintain appropriate therapeutic relationships with consumers
* Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
* Develop and implement individualized care plans for consumers
Requirements:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
* Working with Children Registration (where applicable)
* Current Driver's Licence (for community-based client services)
Desirable Criteria:
* Possession or completion of a specialist tertiary graduate or postgraduate mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification
