About the Role
You will be working as a Food and Beverage Attendant with a focus on barista tasks. You will contribute to and assist the team with the efficient running of the department according to the established brand standards of Hyatt International, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times when setting and serving food & beverages to guests, in order to maximise guest satisfaction.
Some of the responsibilities include:
* Attend breakfast, lunch, and dinner brief with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service
* To be fully conversant with all services, offers, promotions and facilities offered by the hotel
* Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation
* Attend all training where required
* To be charismatic and make conversation easily and with an array of people
