Sell what you love.For us and millions of users across the globe, that's Spotify.Join the Ad Sales team and you'll build the relationships that help grow our business in existing markets and beyond.We don't just sell creative solutions to our clients and partners, we help to craft them; using our knowledge of ad products, sales channels and the industry to impact the way the world experiences music and podcasts.We're looking for someone with an established record of sales leadership and revenue generation with a deep interest for online media, music and innovation.You will lead our APAC Advertising efforts and a team of hardworking and consultative sales leaders.We want someone who is passionate about working with clients, developing relationships externally and internally, is proficient in public speaking and able to engage within the regions this role leads.What You'll Do In collaboration with the Global Head of Ad Sales and Regional Sales Directors, define the sales growth strategy across the APAC markets.Work with relevant partners to set accurate sales forecasts, set budgets and goals for the sales team.Engage and encourage the teams across the regions, driving development and growth in our people.Work with the Sales Directors to ensure that you meet and exceed revenue targets for the region.Implement/lead/handle client events, social engagements and sponsorships based on local market dynamics and broad business knowledge.Represent the Spotify Brand at client/agency summits through public speaking, panel discussions, and keynotes in the regional market.Lead & develop Directors of Sales and the sales leaders within the region.Engage with key clients on a senior level and deliver outstanding consultative customer service.Analyze, validate and update performance to improve growth.Develop standard methodologies and demonstrate cost efficiencies that can scale from local to global.Maintain high levels of communication and flexibility with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners internally and externally.Preferred work location in Singapore or Sydney.Who You Are You have extensive experience in advertising/marketing sales experience.You are highly motivated, organized, a self-starter, and enjoy being involved in a high growth organization.You recognize the value in working as a team.You come with strong Agency & Brand relationships in at least one of the key markets in the region.You have strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.You strategically use data and insights to counsel on client investment strategy.You efficiently position Spotify's ad solutions through inventive storytelling.You have a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and trends around digital, programmatic, video methodologies, opportunities, and challenges.You bring an understanding and expertise in account planning, strategic planning, and media buying within digital, video & audio environment.You have an existing network of senior level contacts in media and marketing.You are an experienced leader who has developed these skills through experience of leading larger teams.Where You'll Be You will be based either in our office in Singapore or in Sydney, Australia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
