About the Opportunity
As our Transition Lead – Scheduling and Employment Project, you will be responsible for delivering transition and transformation activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of coaching through change to ensure successful implementation of the Scheduling and Employment projects. In this role you will also:
1. Manage stakeholders, identify and manage issues and risks relating to stakeholders and report to the Project Manager as required.
2. Manage and implement transition activities for the Project to support the Project Manager and to ensure successful implementation of the project.
3. Champion the project delivery practices that lead to the production of high-quality solutions.
You should have high level conceptual and analytical skills with the capacity to develop solutions for a range of complex issues. In addition, strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to deliver consultations and presentations at a senior level are encouraged. You will also have:
1. Strong stakeholder management, engagement and relationship skills including the ability to work in partnership with stakeholders and influence senior executives.
2. Enthusiasm, creativity and outstanding interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent communication skills: listening, understanding and persuading.
