You will have the opportunity to support in the delivery of a major WA project working closely to achieve road safety and traffic efficiency.

Someone with : Proven management skills, practices and planning ability Strong and demonstrated experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers for site works Strong and demonstrated experience in project compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and relevant specifications Highly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating and administering contracts Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills which enable you to assist in resolution of client and key stakeholders' concerns Tertiary qualifications in engineering or construction discipline What you'll do (but not limited to) : Attend to the scope of work assigned with defined work methods and deliver the work in accordance with total project schedule Ensure all quality and environmental aspects are addressed to maintain effective operation and project delivery Ensure the construction related aspects of the project meet or exceed the required performance targets in relation to time, cost and quality Provide daily advice and support to field operations to ensure that daily targets are consistent with overall project targets Understand the obligations and rights under the head contract to identify, control, mitigate and report significant risks and opportunities Supervise and coordinate resource allocation with the expectation that you encourage teamwork, develop and guide, and foster a positive attitude toward the achievement of project objectives Manage cost control for certain aspects of the project to ensure the project meets its performance targets in relation to budget and forecast Ensure project HSEQ objectives are set, shared and adhered to create an exemplary safety culture aligned to the values of 'Safety is My Way' Build, manage and maintain effective liaison and communication with all levels of internal and external stakeholders creating lasting relationships to improve financial and productivity outcomes Our best offer : Competitive salary package Paid parental leave and flexible work arrangements available Growing business with exciting career development opportunities The opportunity to work with a diverse and engaged group of people Georgiou are committed to an inclusive workforce and welcome applications of candidates from culturally diverse backgrounds, people with disabilities, people who identify as LGBTIQ+ and people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent.
