As they continue to invest into further capability for growth, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive their growth strategy across key projects and new business acquisition. Role Overview: The role will focus on growing the organisations national reach by targeting new clients in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and adjacent sectors – Hotels, Veterinary, Dental. This strategic BD role will be responsible for generating new leads, converting them into long-term clients, and managing relationships with brought on key accounts, within targeted markets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and grow the customer base Sales strategy execution Future opportunity to manage a small team Market research - Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, contracts, and presentations. Negotiate pricing alongside the GM to secure long-term partnerships. Monitor sales performance & deliver consistent reporting to the management team. Working closely with marketing, and product teams. Skills & Attributes: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, selling within the QSR, hospitality or Food/Retail or adjacent sectors. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven track record in generating new business, growing sales, and building strong customer relationships, with deep knowledge of the industry. Self-starter, ability to work autonomously, collaborative team player that can communication with empathy.
