The Opportunity
As a Client Liaison Consultant, you will be a crucial link between the company's clients and the construction team.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle, from initial consultation to project completion.
You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Additionally, you will collaborate closely with their internal teams, including sales, design, and construction, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
* At least 1+ years of relevant residential building industry experience.
* Current experience working as a client liaison or maintenance consultant for a Building supplier or Residential Builder.
* Excellent customer service, time management, and attention to detail skills.
* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to your work.
