About the Role:
As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our stock movements, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our broader operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Receiving, processing & verifying incoming inventory and supplies
* Preparing reports, sharing insights, and maintaining records on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies
* Conducting regular inventory audits for accuracy
* Engaging all internal stakeholders with regular inventory updates
* Leading & reviewing interstate transfers and liaising with warehousing & 3PL partners
* Responsible for inventory system error management
* Supporting the customer service team when required
Your Skills and Experience:
* Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
* High attention to detail and strong time management
You'll Need:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamics Finance & Operations
* Experience in inventory control and customer service
* FMC experience (preferred but not essential)
