To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Representative to join our business located in Southeast Queensland.
The primary purpose of this role is to develop and grow business with potential clients in market segments that have been identified by the business, at the same time you will be required to develop and enhance relationships the business already has with key decision makers in our existing customer set. You will possess a skill set that enables you to relate to B2B customers small and large, and most importantly, you will be customer centric.
Key responsibilities:
Drive sales growth through market channel expansion and new business acquisition. Identify incremental opportunities within existing and newly identified customers and market segments.Cold call prospective customers. Engage with our suppliers to understand new products and opportunities.We'll provide:

We are looking for someone who has:
Experience in the flooring or home improvement industry.Retail or commercial flooring background.A construction background with an understanding of plans and flooring.Advanced planning and time management skills. "What did we do last week, what are we doing this week".The desire to take this as an opportunity to further their industry knowledge and experience.The hunger to take every opportunity and convert these to sales – your incentive earnings will reflect your efforts.
