Abode Apartments is seeking a full time Concierge Team Member to join the team! We are seeking someone that is born for customer service, fun and friendly and will go the extra mile
By joining our concierge team, you will be the first point of contact at the property and have the pivotal responsibility of creating a genuine and welcoming first impression and continuing to provide exceptional 5- star customer service to residents and their guests as well assisting the Building Manager. In addition to being an energetic service superstar this role will draw on your articulate communication skills and good knowledge of the area that will enable you to deliver personalised service that exemplifies our "It's all about you" philosophy.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring 5-star front desk service and dealing with emergencies
2. Assisting the Building Manager with daily operations
3. Administration and distribution with resident keys, parcels, daily audits, telephone, intercom, emails, resident database, and shift log/incident reports
4. Internal and External inspections keeping the premises secure
5. Maintaining building presentation
About You
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
6. A customer-focused attitude, driven to exceed the expectations of residents
7. Attention to detail
8. Computer literacy, use of Microsoft office, email, and database management
9. Reliability & availability to work Monday to Friday 3pm till 11pm with the flexibility to work other shifts including public holidays
10. Ability to work and achieve set tasks while unsupervised
11. Clear communicator ability to fluently speak, understand, read & write in English
12. Organised & well-established time management skills
13. Commitment to workplace health & safety
14. Ability to undertake the physical demands of the role
15. Valid Australian work rights
