Our goal is to grow proprietary lending faster than system as well as increase the share of proprietary lending within CBA.
We achieve this by building a workforce & adopting a complete home buying professional, optimizing salesforce in market and customer relationship lending.
The Opportunity: As an experienced senior coaching manager, the focus of your role will be to support RBS management by coaching and training coaches, whilst leading and influencing RBS lending teams to achieve outstanding customer and sales outcomes through improvements in lender capability.
You will also need to ensure that lenders and Managers understand the compliance requirements and you will support them to be accountable for high quality lending outcomes.
You will work closely with the Home Buying teams and key stakeholders to enhance knowledge of CBA products, processes and systems. More specifically, you will be required to: Manage a team of lending coaches delivering coaching and development to frontline teams to achieve exceptional outcomes for our customers and the Group.Identify opportunities for training and coaching capability uplift to support the success of coaches.Lead a team of coaching managers and support their development and performance.Communicate accurate and timely feedback, focusing on techniques to improve performance and behaviour.Use subject matter expertise to ensure customer facing staff achieve the best outcomes for customers.Research and analyse new training methods and trends to support coaching success.Develop and deliver coaching and assessment initiatives via both face to face and virtual mediums.Embed change by monitoring progress, pivoting when necessary and supporting early adoption.Embed and deliver training delivery actions resulting from projects and business initiatives.Influence leaders at all levels and other stakeholders to drive outcomes.Manage the daily team operations, 1:1 discussions and team meetings.Act as a point of escalation and reference for challenges and feedback on policies and procedures.Act in accordance with the Group's risk culture.We're looking for people with: Demonstrated experience in the home lending environment.Demonstrated senior leadership experience.Experience and commitment to driving excellence and quality outcomes in the lending environment.Advanced knowledge of home loan processes and systems.Exceptional planning and time management skills.Demonstrated Coaching experience.Sound knowledge of the Group's sales and service methodology and processes.Your Development: This role will give you the opportunity to understand the Retail Bank's Lending Channels from a unique perspective.
It will provide fantastic insight and potential exposure into a number of other areas and roles within the RBS community including Risk and Analytics, Product, a variety of sales channels and roles, etc.
