Working closely with the Project Accountants and Admin team, they are seeking to appoint a passionate and professional individual to undertake a broad range of duties within the Finance team. This is a critical support role primarily responsible for the preparation of transactional finance tasks, as well as supportive admin duties.

The Role
You will report to the Finance Manager and carry out the responsibilities of a Bookkeeper
Some typical duties will involve:
* General administrative and office support
* Equipment hires and servicing
* Managing the administration and account's inboxes
* Stock control
* Reception duties
* Record keeping and data entry
* Assistance with onboarding of new staff
* Office maintenance and general housekeeping
* Event and travel coordination
* Check accuracy of supplier invoices and process in the system
* Liaise with Project Managers as required
* Verify and process employee expense claims
* Enter mileage records for company vehicles
* Assist with debt collection
* Support project accountants as required
* Other ad hoc administrative duties as required

Your Profile
To be successful you will have proven experience in a collaborative accounting environment with a minimum of 1 years' experience in Accounts/Admin. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:
* Prior experience in bookkeeping, preferably within infrastructure, facilities management, property or services environment
* Tertiary qualifications in Accountancy and Finance
* System savvy
* Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word skills
* Excellent communication skills - Approachable and helpful manner (essential)
* The ability to draft accurate and concise financial reports
* Self motivated and the ability to manage workload and deadlines
