We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join the GCADS team! The position is full time, working Monday to Friday.
About the Opportunity
The Receptionist is responsible for all general reception duties in the Goldfields Community Alcohol and Drug Services office and providing administration support to the Manager, Goldfields Services and Counsellors.
Requirements of the Role:
* Provide a friendly and welcoming reception service to young people, and their family, friends, and carers.
* Provide assistance with events.
* Answer telephone calls and direct to the appropriate staff member.
* Prepare client files.
* Collect, record and distribute mail.
* Receive, redirect, and respond to emails.
* Purchase stationery, photocopier supplies and sundries, and ensure there is sufficient stock.
* Prepare documents including filing, faxing, photocopying, binding, laminating, and shredding.
* Assist with preparation for meetings and any follow-up.
