What we are looking for
The successful candidate will lead by example; enjoy a workplace culture that values team work, inclusion and diversity; and have a desire to progress in a large hospitality business.
They will have previous experience as a Chef in a high-volume establishment and the flexibility to work across a rotating roster, with lunch and dinner service periods.
This role reports into the Sous Chef and is paid on an hourly basis under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award.
