About your roleThe Technology Transformation Manager is responsible for delivering strategic operational direction that elevates our brand, enhances customer outcomes, and drives operational efficiencies through technology.

Your key responsibilities are: Align IT strategies with business objectives, including global brand expansion, product innovation, automation, and production efficiency.Engage with stakeholders across departments to ensure technology solutions meet unique needs and facilitate strategic initiatives.Ensure seamless data integration across ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms for a unified view of operations and our customers.Evaluate and implement cloud, edge computing, IoT, AI, and automation solutions to improve flexibility, scalability, collaboration, and operational efficiency.Analyse critical business processes to determine automation potential and develop strategies to optimize efficiency.Implement and manage comprehensive security protocols and conduct regular audits to safeguard manufacturing data, intellectual property, and PII while ensuring compliance with industry standards.Ensure compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) by applying expertise in IT General Controls (ITGC) and application controls.Oversee the development and maintenance of core IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, ensuring high availability and resilience across the organisation.Lead IT risk management, reporting, and compliance initiatives, embedding best practices, and ensuring alignment with ISO regulations.Develop and measure key performance metrics across IT Operations, Engineering, and Information Security to ensure alignment with strategic goals.Manage the full budget and reporting responsibilities.Oversee unified communication platforms and implement project management tools to streamline workflows, enhance cross-departmental collaboration, and improve visibility.Encourage continuous improvement by implementing DevOps practices and fostering a culture of innovation.Implement structured change management processes to support smooth transitions during IT projects.Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of IT initiatives, focusing on operational performance, business outcomes, and stakeholder feedback.Key skills and requirements 10+ years of IT management experience with a proven record of leading technology strategies and digital transformation projects.Experience in retail and manufacturing, automotive or B2B environment preferred.In-depth understanding of ERP, data integrity, digital marketing products, and e-commerce integration.
Must have strong ecommerce skills.Knowledge and experience with Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX), specifically IT General Controls (ITGC) and application controls, is a pre-requisite.Experience in supporting a global footprint.Experience in building a high-performance team and leading transformation is highly regarded.Strong experience with cloud, edge computing, data management, and cybersecurity.Knowledge of IoT, AI, predictive analytics, and automation.Familiarity with compliance standards and cybersecurity protocols.Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Office 365, Teams, SharePoint).Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture, technology strategies, and roadmaps.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead through change and drive innovation across teams.Expertise in evaluating emerging technologies and providing informed recommendations and business cases.Well-developed project management skills, including managing budgets, risks, and timelines effectively.Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.To express an interest, please send your resume through.
