About the roleFixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide assistance to the Business Manager, undertaking a range of financial functions including those activities associated with the financial and business management arising from statutory requirements, as well as financial analysis, budget reporting, accrual accounting processes and general ledger activities - to support the operational and strategic activities of the service line. About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Provide a high level of financial and business advisory support including analysis of budget trends and investigation of variances. Present in a written and oral form quality financial, staffing and patient activity data compared to budgets, targets, benchmarks and key performance indicators. Assist in developing and implementing business plans for the service line. Extract and provide supporting service line data for monthly inter-HHS invoicing.
