Working across a wider team of professionals and reporting to the Managing Director, who is known for their positive, transparent, and supportive management style.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing the service team to achieve optimal productivity and performance.Taking ownership of the Service department's daily activities and overall performance.Ensuring all work is completed and quality-checked to the highest standards.Driving the team to maintain a strong customer service focus with a "fix it right the first time" attitude.Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.Maintaining compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards.Benefits to You:
