We are currently seeking a Senior Functional CE Consultant to join our team in South Australia!
You must be either an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident based in South Australia or willing to relocate.
Experience Required:
* Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement gained in multiple full lifecycle delivery projects
* Demonstrated expertise in configuring and customising Dynamics 365 CE to meet complex business requirements
* Government project experience beneficial
* Extensive Consulting experience gained through the implementation and maintenance of complex customer projects
* Understand the broader Microsoft stack and applying this to customer solutions (PowerPlatform, Azure)
* Excellent consulting skills with strong experience guiding customers, facilitating workshops, performing Business Analysis duties
* Proven experience in leading and managing CRM implementation projects
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
* Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems
* Client Centric attitude, with a sense of urgency, strong teamwork, flexible and positive ‘can do’ approach
