Your Role The DuluxGroup Wyong site manufactures a range of products sold into various markets and channels. The site is critical to the groups continued growth and success. As the Site Manager you will have a high impact leadership role across the manufacturing function. You will be a positive, collaborative leader that can bring large groups of people along the same journey while consistently looking for improvements and innovation. You are part of a wider network of leaders within the DuluxGroup which you can collaborate and learn with as well as managing key business unit stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the culture of the Wyong site, ensuring that there is clarity on site goals, responsibility at the appropriate level and the right competency to deliver and grow. Manage site operational expenses in line with budget and forecasts.
