About Us:
99 Bikes opened its first tiny shop in Milton, Brisbane in May 2007. From that humble beginning, we have grown to become the largest bicycle retailer in Australia with over 600 people and over 70 retail stores in the UK, New Zealand and Australia.
We are also very committed to balancing purpose with profit. Since 2017 we have donated the value of 1% of our annual wage bill to charities chosen by our employees.
About The Role:
We are looking for hard-working, high achievers to start as sales consultants and become our future specialists/business leaders. You don’t have to be a bike expert as we offer complete on-the-job training and support. We’ll be looking to you to provide exceptional service.
In return we offer tiered financial rewards based on achieving sales and product knowledge goals. High achievers win awards and can look at moving to one of our overseas stores.
Our teams work closely together, competing for store awards and participating in events. Some flexibility is available and there is plenty of weekend work if desired.
To Be Successful In This Role You Need:
* Demonstrated and proven achievement in any field.
* A track record of success in past sales or customer service roles is advantageous but not essential.
* Good communication skills.
* A past history demonstrating honesty and reliability.
* A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement and learning.
