Founded in 2013, Clarity Health Care is dedicated to providing compassionate and recovery-based care for individuals facing mental health challenges. From public services to hospital substitution programs, we're committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our community. Clarity Health Care is an accredited mental health service delivering a multidisciplinary, responsive program offering care to people with any form of mental health concern or mental illness. Our mental health programs offer psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers and registered nurses. More important than discipline, is the individual skill of the senior mental health clinicians we employ. Evidence-based care is delivered through clinic-based appointments, telehealth and group programs, based on clinical reasoning and need. Due to the design of the workforce at Clarity, collaboration and continuity of care is core to the delivery of the treatment, with the recovery model and bio-psycho-social model being the grounding principles of all care. Here's your chance to be part of a dynamic and multi-disciplinary model, working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, registered nurses and peer workers under the one roof. Our team members come from diverse backgrounds, bringing with them a range of expertise and skill sets. They work closely with clients to develop personalised treatment plans that address their individual needs in a safe and empathetic environment. Your Key Responsibilities Include: Engaging in up to 5 client consults per 7.5-hour day, providing personalised care and support. Conducting intake assessments and developing tailored intervention plans in collaboration with clients and their families. Advocating for clients and coordinating with other clinicians and stakeholders to enhance interventions and well-being. Monitoring and managing clients' mental health and well-being, collaborating with health professionals as needed. Participating in clinical meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance your expertise. What We're Looking For: Current AHPRA Registration. Demonstrated experience in comprehensive mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team of peer workers and clinicians. Passion for making a difference and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment. Effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet program delivery KPIs.
