The Role
1. Plan and deliver on-boarding projects;
2. Proactively engage with stakeholders in Naval Acquisition projects and Sustainment organisations to determine on-boarding requirements, plan on-boarding activities and coordinate and execute the on-boarding projects;
3. Proactively engage with internal and external Subject Matter Experts, training organisations, technology and digital infrastructure providers and capability upgrade projects to coordinate delivery of on-boarding activities including resolving issues to facilitate a smooth transition;
4. Develop, Maintain and Monitor on-boarding team schedule, KPIs and KHIs;
5. Keep customers informed and satisfied with Directorate of Maritime Engineering & Logistics (DMEL) on-boarding products and services.
About our Team
The DMEL On-boarding team is responsible for the on-boarding of Naval Acquisition Projects and Maritime Enterprises into the Navy Logistics Information Systems (NLIS) and the Maritime Sustainment Model (MSM) Enabling Support System (including standardised processes, guidance, and governance) enabling cross class management of Naval Assets across the Capability Lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills, strong project management skills and a good understanding of logistics discipline.
6. Knowledge and experience with data and organisational change management (OCM) is highly desirable as is a strong customer service mentality;
7. The ability to build and manage strong stakeholder relationships with customers, Subject Matter Experts and providers is essential to this role;
8. Ability to quickly learn new logistic tools and assist customers with adopting them to business processes is paramount for this role;
9. Experience in a similar role will be well regarded.
