About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to lead our administrative team at our Ferryden Park location. As part of our Admin Director's team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our site.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome visitors in a friendly and efficient manner, either in person or over the phone, and respond to inquiries.
* Manage facilities, including monitoring visitor logs, issuing passes, ordering stock and stationery, and maintaining the kitchen.
* Maintain a safe and clean reception area for customers and visitors, and monitor shelf stock levels in the showroom.
* Cover staff across the admin team during business hours, take orders from customers and the Sales Department, and convey them to dispatch for timely delivery.
* Prepare sales and purchase orders, invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
* Filing documents, maintaining the archiving system, conducting retail door sales, and operating EFTPOS facilities when necessary.
* Respond to and delegate emails appropriately, working closely with the Warehouse and Operations Manager to ensure timely order delivery.
* Comply with WHS policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
