This includes working with all stakeholders to maintain and improve existing Power BI objects as needed, as well as, working to develop new Power BI requests such as requirements gathering, development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-production maintenance.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Implement, support, or test various business applications, general change management and documentationManage the development and ongoing maintenance of our Power BI EnvironmentSupport and troubleshooting of operations processesSupport various project and development tasks as requestedBasic Sharepoint development and troubleshootingGeneral collaboration with Sharepoint developerCollaboration with all business units of Power to deliver various projectsUtilize a consultative approach to identify how to best implement a solution for desired outcomesTrain and support internal employees on various operations processes relating to softwarePOSITION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Management Information Systems or related fieldProficiency with Power BI Desktop or similar data visualization tool. Knowledge of data modelling, ETL processes, and report design basicsCustomer Service ExperienceStrong ability to present in front of groupsKnowledge of Database Design principles (Types of joins, Relationships (one/one, one/many, many/many), Primary/Foreign keys, etc.)Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) or other querying language, highly preferredPower Construction is an equal opportunity employer.
