Job Summary
This is a contract position to deliver dynamic training to students pursuing the Certificate IV in Ageing Support. The successful applicant will have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) and experience in Individual Support or related industry.
About the Role
The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on, engaging training to students from diverse backgrounds and demographics. This role involves delivering face-to-face training within a classroom and online via zoom.
The trainer must have excellent time management and communication skills, as well as the ability to work towards Stirling's compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic training to students pursuing the Certificate IV in Ageing Support
* SUPPORT STUDENTS THROUGH THEIR PATHWAY AND MARK ASSIGNMENTS
* Encourage students during 120 hours of industry work placement, arranged by Stirling's Work Placement Coordinators
* Work towards Stirling's compliance requirements, such as attending meetings and supporting surveys
Requirements
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
* Experience in Individual Support or related industry
* Passion to train and motivate others
* Ability to deliver engaging training face-to-face and online via zoom
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Drivers license and own reliable transport
* Working with Children Check and ability to take out public liability insurance
