We are currently seeking a Site Engineer to join our Brisbane-based remedial team, working on projects from our Eagle Farm office. This role will focus on protective coatings, concrete repair, structural strengthening, and protection of critical infrastructure. The Role As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering specialist remedial projects across Queensland. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Support the planning, execution, and completion of remedial projects across structures, bridges, and buildings. Ensure strict safety and quality compliance on-site. Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and engineering specifications. Assist with project scheduling, cost control, and forecasting. Engage and manage subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and project requirements. Complete ITP inspections, QA documentation, and reporting. Provide hands-on site supervision, technical guidance, and client engagement. Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. 1–2 years' experience as a Graduate, Junior, or Site Engineer, ideally in remedial, structures, or civil projects. Exposure to concrete remediation, strengthening, waterproofing, or coatings is highly regarded. Bridge or structural experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of Australian engineering codes and practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
