The focus of your role will be to work closely with our MJH Group leadership team and employees to provide quality support and advice across all aspects of the employee life cycle including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, inductions, performance management and offboarding. More specifically, you will:Ensure compliance and advice in line with company policies, procedures and guidelinesProvide timely and accurate advice and solutions are provided in relation to day-to-day people related issues that may ariseManage headcount and obtain approvals for the recruitment requisitionsSupport new employees through their onboarding experience to ensure a smooth and seamless start setting them up for successMaintain accurate employee recordsSupport HR process improvement initiativesAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
