Providing first-level technical support, ensuring quick resolutions to hardware and software issues. Managing user accounts, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Assisting with IT projects, including planning and implementation of new systems and policies. Experience required: Exceptional communication skills and a proactive mindset to work in a professional environment. Problem-solving expertise and the ability to think on your feet. Certificate IV or equivalent in IT Networking or related field. 1 years in IT support with experience in Office 365 administration.
