**What’s the role?**
Medium Rare Content Agency (MRCA) is seeking a highly skilled Head of Content to join their growing Coles team on a part time basis (4 days per week).

**Role and Responsibilities:**
Critical to the future growth of content for one of Australia’s biggest retail brands, the Head of Content is responsible for developing and implementing commercial content solutions across print, digital, social and video for Coles. Supported by a team of high performing and highly skilled creatives, this role is an exciting opportunity for those who have a deep knowledge of content, a broad range of format expertise and a desire to bring a team together to do great work.
Working alongside a Head of Strategy and Head of Partnerships, this role forms a key part of the senior leadership team, responsible for aligning and streamlining projects and processes to deliver a high-volume workflow.
+ Ensures all content created, across all platforms is future focused, fit for channel and delivers on creative excellence.
+ Builds and manages key client relationships to ensure stakeholders are informed and satisfied.
+ Develops multi channel content strategies that deliver on brief and budget.
+ Drives ideation and delivery of concepts across all channels (print, video, social and digital).
+ Drives a culture of innovation and creativity.
+ Assists the strategy team throughout the proposal response process.
+ Works comfortably with commercial partners to ensure all commitments and objectives are met.
+ Manages editorial budgets and costs.
+ Passionate about category, competitor and channel content trends globally and locally.
+ Drives operational and production efficiencies.
**Who are you?**
+ You have deep experience working in the food category.
+ You have 7-10 years experience in content creation across varied platforms and formats.
+ You love managing creatives and have experience with managing senior teams with diverse skillsets.
+ You are passionate about content in all forms and stay across global trends and production styles.
+ You understand the power of data-based ideation and audience connection.
+ Your communication skills are exemplary and you have proven client-facing role experience.
+ You are a gun collaborator and work well with others who have complementary skillsets.
+ You love building processes that support a team to unleash creativity.
+ You are comfortable managing concurrent deadlines and campaigns.
