West Recruitment is partnering with a reputable company who specialize in end-to-end distribution, selling, marketing, and project management solutions from large scale to individual business requirements.About your new jobAs an experienced Contact Centre Officer, your primary responsibilities will involve care calling with customers and clients to ensure they are left with a good impression:You will be responsible for receiving and managing incoming customer communication via phone calls, emails, and web chats. Your role is to address their inquiries promptly and professionally.Identify customer needs through effective communication.You will be required to handle email inquiries efficiently, ensuring timely responses and proper logging of all relevant information in the CRM system.Assist with warranty and aftersales communications.About you!Be available to work shift work including 1 weekend day.Previous experience in a customer service role within a Contact Centre environment.Always display a customer-focused mindset and able to deliver empathetic service regardless of circumstances.Able to think outside the square demonstrating an agile approach to work.Experience working with multiple systems and resources.Manage competing priorities to achieve effective, efficient and productive customer service. This will include managing KPIs, business policies and procedures, quality, and productivity.What's in it for you?Work from home 5 days a week!
