Fosroc is proudly part of the DuluxGroup, home to some of Australia’s most iconic brands and 8000 employees globally.Your RoleAs a Customer Service Officer, you will engage with our customers at various points in their construction journey and create a strong relationship between the consumer and various Parchem brands.This is a full-time 38 hours per week position and will require you to work rotating shifts within a monthly roster to accommodate the Centre's operational hours which are between 7am and 6pm.ResponsibilitiesRespond to queries and order requests via phone calls and emails within a timely mannerManage customer orders and ensure entry deadlines are metRecommend products across our brands in line with the consumer's enquiryHandle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.Be involved in ongoing training and on-the-job learningSkills & ExperienceYou’ll bring clear and professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people. As a great team player, you will be able to self-manage and can adapt to changing priorities and situations.
