The Opportunity: As a Customer Service Officer, you will work as part of a team to deliver first-class customer service, ensuring that all eligible Western Australians have access to affordable and secure housing. You will interact with the public and staff at various levels through different communication channels (phone, writing, face-to-face). Responsibilities include:
1. Providing reports and correspondence on outcomes from customer contact.
2. Liaising with real estate agents and landlords regarding housing service delivery.
3. Interviewing customers to determine eligibility.
4. Providing advice on services and products available.
