In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, usability, consistency, and security of enterprise data across Moderna's business units and with key stakeholders. This role requires a motivated, influential, and detail-oriented individual capable of leading, orchestrating, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to drive data standardization, maintenance, and lifecycle management.Here's What You'll Do Your key responsibilities will be: Creating and managing master data records within Moderna's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, SAP S4 HANA.Developing and implementing data management standards and best practices to maintain data accuracy and quality.Ensuring thorough knowledge of data sources, mining data into/from a shared repository, and integrating this data into value-added reporting tools.Collaborating with digital and business units to design and uphold master data governance policies and procedures.Performing data analysis and cleansing activities to remove duplicates and correct inaccuracies.Your responsibilities will also include: Facilitating data integration and synchronization across various systems and platforms.Documenting knowledge through SOPs and policies and providing training and support for end-users on data entry standards.Working closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and aligning master data to support business requirements.Participating in data migration projects, including mapping, testing, and data validation.Monitoring data quality metrics and reporting on master data health.Addressing master data queries and troubleshooting data-related issues.Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and Moderna's policies.Leading and participating as an SME in process improvement projects, driving initiatives to enhance value.The key Moderna Mindsets you'll need to succeed in the role: We prioritize the platform: Your work will uphold Moderna's commitment to data integrity and operational excellence, reinforcing the company's platform-centered approach that transcends individual products.We question convention: In managing and evolving data standards, you'll be encouraged to rethink traditional data management processes, aiming to implement innovative solutions that drive quality and consistency.Here's What You'll Need (Basic Qualifications) Education: BA/BS preferred in supply chain management, logistics, engineering and/or business administration with experience in pharmaceutical data management and project management.Experience: 5+ years (BA/BS) or 3+ years (MS) in various Supply Chain, Project Management, and Manufacturing functions (strong preference towards Pharmaceutical and Biotech experience).Certification in APICS, data management, or related disciplines is a plus.This position is site-based, requiring you to be at Moderna's site full-time.
