Administration Officer (Short Term Temp), Lismore We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our client's Chief Community Office team on a short-term basis from now until Christmas.
This dynamic role will provide crucial admin support across multiple teams, including Community Engagement, Liveable and Active Communities, and Destination and Economy teams.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule meetings, distribute agendas, and take minutes (minute-taking experience is essential) Assist with event organisation for various events leading up to Christmas Conduct project research, collect data, and input information into spreadsheets Assist with setting up engagement workshops (may include ordering catering, purchasing gifts, etc.) Skills and Experience: Experience with scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking Ability to support a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks across multiple teams Event coordination and strong organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel Working Hours: 4 or 5 days per week (starting ASAP) Join our client for this exciting, varied role and be part of a collaborative team during a busy time of the year.
