Identify and attract candidates for our volume portfolio across Australia by proactively building pipelines and managing talent pools. Support and guide managers in embedding best recruitment practices, ensuring efficiency and a great candidate experience. Maintain close contact with candidates, keeping them informed and managing their expectations, and effectively use our Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate data and reporting.
