We are seeking a motivated Pop Up Retail Sales Executive to join our Centre Management team at Sunshine Plaza. About the role: In this role you are responsible for the negotiation and conversion of all Pop Up deals and tasks for the maximisation of net return to the property owners. Your responsibilities will include: Maximise Pop Up revenue by managing and maintaining a new business pipeline across Pop Up Retail, Pop Up Shops and Vending. Understand market trends and introduce innovative clients and concepts to the centre to meet these trends. Develop and grow the existing client base by building strong relationships with Pop Up clients. Generate local leads for the National Brand and Media Partnerships team to convert and coordinate local media activations. Prepare annual income budgets and quarterly forecasts, and develop a centre asset strategy alongside the National Pop Up team. About You: You will be an individual committed to generating and closing sales, who demonstrates exemplary customer service in order to build solid and authentic relationships. You will also have: Previous experience in sales is essential, with experience in Pop Up/Casual Mall Leasing being desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management skills. A high level of attention to detail. Experience in preparing and managing a sales pipeline and budgets.
