A1 First Aid Supplies Pty Ltd is an established, advancing company with over 25 years of service to the community providing First Aid Supplies and Kits to businesses and industry in South East Qld. We want a ‘Team Player’ who can also work autonomously. We will supply all stock, full product training and all sales collateral.
The Role
We require a proven Sales Representative/Agent to become part of our professional sales team in a Full-time role on a commission basis only.
This position entails checking First Aid Kits against the Queensland Government First Aid Code of Practice Guidelines and replenishing the kits accordingly. The Territory covers Rocklea, Springfield, Bundamba to Ipswich and has established customers on a regular recall. Some Cold calling may be required.
Qualifications and Experience
The essential sales person skills required for old fashioned 'door to door' selling are necessary to be successful in this job. Candidates who have previously run their own business could be suitable. Our successful Sales Representatives (past and present) are mature, energetic people who love being in charge of their own daily schedule and they often remain with A1 First Aid Supplies until retirement.
About You
We require a person who is ethical, honest and self-motivating with good communication and organisational skills. A methodical approach and diligence in checking and cleaning the kits as well as organising the customer visits is required.
You will need a reliable vehicle for carrying stock, as well as have a set area for back up stock at home (size of a double wardrobe).
Weekly submission of all sales & stock orders are required as well as completion of regular stocktakes. Commitment to the customers is important and some weekend work may be required whilst truck fleets are back at the depot.
