About the role
In this role you will collaborate with Project Manager, project teams and key stakeholders in the planning, creation, and delivery of Training, Change and Communications to facilitate the successful implementation of Digital Projects within West Moreton Health. This will be delivered through a culturally responsive, consumer/ person focused transformation program that meets the needs of Queensland Health staff while enacting directions and priorities to achieve defined outcomes, targets and key performance indicators.

About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
1. Proven experience in the development, documentation, implementation, and evaluation of business change preferably in a Digital / ICT program/project(s) within a healthcare environment.
2. Advanced problem–solving skills and ability to operationalise solutions that meet project objectives.
3. Proven stakeholder relationship management skills to support effective business change and training requirements, including the ability to influence key stakeholders within a healthcare environment.
4. Proven experience in managing, supporting and mentoring teams.
5. Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment.
