If you have a passion for technology, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in software development and service delivery management, we want to hear from you!Role Overview: As an Application Support Delivery Manager, reporting to the SDM, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering with a team, application support services and custom development projects. You will engage with C-level stakeholders, manage relationships with clients and vendors, and lead a team to ensure the successful delivery of our services.Key Responsibilities:Communication and Stakeholder Management:Engage with C-level stakeholders, providing exceptional communication both written and verbal.Demonstrate excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills.Work directly with clients and vendors to manage expectations and deliver results.ITIL/ITSM and DevOps:Apply a strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM methodologies, including Release Management and SDLC.Utilize proven experience with DevOps practices and tools to streamline processes.Technical Expertise:Possess a strong knowledge of corporate technologies, applications, and cloud, with a background in applications development.Manage corporate application support services, including core services, project services, and architectural services.Leadership and People Management:Demonstrate excellent people management and leadership skills.Manage multiple staff and prioritize work effectively.Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.Process Improvement and Project Management:Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of application delivery.Apply project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile) for custom development and platform projects.Qualifications:Experience:7+ years in software development, with at least 3 years in project delivery and 2 years in application operational support.Education:Tertiary qualifications in computer science or a related discipline.Skills:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in ITIL/ITSM methodologies and DevOps practices.Solid understanding of corporate technologies, applications, and cloud.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Proven ability to manage application support services and lead a team.Experience in project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).Demonstrated capability in process improvements and application lifecycle management.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?Diverse and challenging project workFlexible public holiday benefits and option to purchase up to 2 additional weeks leave per yearTraining and development opportunitiesSalary sacrifice, motor and novated leasesCommitted health & wellbeing plan including Employee Assistance Program12 weeks paid parental leave, increasing to 20 weeks for 5+ years serviceCorporate partnershipsDIVERSITY & INCLUSIONWe celebrate the diversity of people, and we pride ourselves on ensuring everyone belongs.
