Service Supervisor – Dry Fire

Wormald have been designing, installing, and servicing fire protection systems since 1889 and are a leading provider of fire protection solutions with an excellent reputation and firmly established brand.
This role will actively ensure we deliver our services on time to the customer for repairs, upgrades and maintenance of essential Fire Electrical systems for our Dry Fire Do & Charge department.
This role will require a mixture of time in the office, out in the field and focusing on customer engagement. You will have the full support of dedicated, stable leadership team committed to providing you with the training needed to be successful together with the option of ongoing upskilling.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing operations in accordance with site requirements, contributing to client contract meetings and actions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all fire safety needs.
* Job management process including all service and repair activities.
* Lead, mentor, train and supervise your team of Fire Alarm Technicians and ensure consistency of processes and procedures.
* Accountable for the leadership, safety and performance of your designated team.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Experience with supervising Dry Fire Systems works.
* Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
* Sound knowledge across relevant building codes and Australian Standards
* Strong people management skills including an ability to effectively manage and lead a team
* Strong computer and communication skills. Previous Pronto Experience will be highly regarded.
* Experience with monthly forecasting and reporting
* Electrical Trade or FPAA Fire Detection qualifications.
* Australian drivers’ licence
