Position Profile: The Director Strategy, Change and Service Development is responsible for the development and implementation of region-wide strategy (linked to WACHS Strategic Plan), service planning, engagement, change and service redesign with a focus on regional service priorities; supporting systems and processes across the Kimberley and Pilbara regions; addressing service change risk and optimising improvement through innovation and engagement as prioritised by the Executive Director. This position works collaboratively with program, clinical and regional leads, and provides internal and external stakeholder relationship advice, support and assurance. The position contributes to regional direction setting, and builds the service development and change capability of the Regional Executive, and across the Kimberley and Pilbara regions.
