This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the upkeep of our properties and overseeing routine maintenance. You will be responsible for addressing tenant and contractor inquiries, handling complaints, and diligently following up on work orders.With extensive client contact, this role is centred around delivering exceptional customer service and building and nurturing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
