Prepare, review and manage contracts for construction, procurement and supplier agreements
Negotiate terms with suppliers and contractors in line with company objectives and maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers and internal team in relation to contract terms and updates
Ensure accuracy and compliance of all contractual documents and identify and mitigate risks related to contract terms and timelines
Monitor contract costs in line with budget
Procure trades and suppliers as required and performing required due diligence
Assist with tender submissions and estimating
Co-ordinate with site supervisors, project managers on daily scheduling
Assist with ordering materials and prepare supplier purchases in accordance with project schedules
Oversee subcontractor and supplier performance, address issues and ensure deliverables accordingly
Provide regular update to Director and internal team regarding contract progress, project milestones and any variations
