Currently, we are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team based in the Karratha LIA. The successful candidate will be involved in all facets of running the business. If you are a positive, motivated person with an eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.
Role Responsibilities
1. Managing all incoming communications
2. Preparation of job information, invoices and quotes
3. Weekly payroll & associated entitlements
4. Managing receivables & payables
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
1. Initiative and the ability to work autonomously
2. The ability to prioritise and multi-task
3. Experience with MYOB accounting software
4. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
5. Previous experience in the service industry
The position is full-time with a degree of flexibility in starting & finishing times for the right candidate. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
