The following skills, behaviours, and qualifications are essential:Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or higher.Proven kitchen management experience in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership and training abilities, with a talent for motivating teams.Flexibility to work various hospitality hours.Skilled in conflict management, maintaining composure under pressure, and thriving in an unsupervised setting.Minimum of 3-Years industry experience is required.
