In addition to capital equipment sales, Tutt Bryant Equipment supports its customers in the provision of spare parts, consumables, mechanical service, repairs and other support functions.
The Role & Your Requirements
This opportunity exists in our New South Wales operation, we are seeking a highly organised Service Technician to join our growing service team to assist in the support, planning and maintenance to our customers across a variety of markets.
About the role
* Full time role – temporary with view to permanent

* Training and vehicle provided
Duties
* Provide scheduled and unscheduled servicing and maintenance of a high technical standard.
* Prepare and provide Service Quotations and Maintenance agreements to your clients.
* Train and educate customer plant operators on safe / correct operation of their plant.
* Prepare detailed service reports for all service work completed on customer sites.
* Continually enhance your technical knowledge on our products and services through experience and ongoing training.
* Identify and secure opportunities on customer sites for business growth.
* Working in both metro and remote areas. Some overnight travel will be required to support your regional customers.
Skills & experience
* TAFE (Cert 3) Trade qualifications (or higher) in mechanical disciplines, electrical or other relevant areas.
* Prior experience in maintenance and repair within the Crushing and Screening sector preferred, although not mandatory.
* Outstanding customer service skills, a positive and can-do attitude with strong accuracy and attention to detail in completing and following through on all service and reporting requirements.
* Possess a strong work ethic, be a strong team player and have a commitment to both individual and team goal achievements.
* Strong level of interpersonal communication skills [written and verbal]; combined with excellent time management and coordinating skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
* Intermediate Computer / Microsoft Office skills.
