We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our client's team with a well-known gas / gas cylinder company. This is an opportunity to showcase your sales skills, promote new products, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation. In this role you will be a point of contact with customers (residential and commercial), including but not limited to, establishing accounts, customer enquiries, processing orders and payments, advising customers on usage and delivery, selling and arranging installation of appliances and managing debtors. Key Responsibilities: Attending to enquiries received through emails, over the phone or face to face Processing of orders and payments Liaising with dealers, contractors and customers Updating and entering customer records and details Taking overflow calls from other centres Processing invoices Setup new domestic or commercial accounts Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Be safety conscious and abide by all regulations associated with the position The successful candidate will have: Recent administration and customer service experience (min. 2 years) Computer skills including email and Microsoft Office Suite Be tech savvy Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication (verbal and written) Ability to work in a team environment and at times to work autonomously Strong, motivated work ethic and proactive attitude Ability to complete mandatory Drug and Alcohol testing and Functional Assessment Ability to work fulltime hours, Mon - Fri If you are interested in applying for this role, please 'Apply now' follow the prompts and submit an up to date resume in MS Word format.
