You are applying for the position of Systems Support Analyst for company UNSW College .Please fill in your details below to submit an application for this position.This position is located in: Kensington L5 Full time ongoing role Hybrid work environment (work from home and in office) Collaborative and Supportive team environment The successful candidate will have proven work experience with implementation of system's procedures, guidelines, provision and administration, focusing on continuous improvement, change management and functional support to end users.Strong vendor relationship and stakeholder management is essential.You will be responsible for the overall maintenance of UNSW College Student Systems such as Student Management System, Timetabling and Class Allocation Software and Learning Management Systems, their Integrations and data flows as part of our Student Information Systems Team.Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Front-line primary functional support to end users relating to Student Systems such as Student Management System, Timetabling and Class Allocation Software and Learning Management Systems.Preparing technical and end user documentation for systems and interdependent applications working in collaboration with subject matter experts and vendors.Managing and monitoring System's setup and administration including access levels, and user permissions.Troubleshooting and problem-solving with focus on identifying and resolving root causes and translating the root cause solutions into modified processes, functional specifications and technical specifications.Oversight of system's Integration and data flows.Requirements gathering, planning and implementation of new features in existing systems.The successful applicant will have (but not limited to): Appropriate qualifications and/or equivalent experience in administration and information technology, preferably in an educational environment.Proven ability to maintain Systems and Applications and their procedural documentation and to effectively communicate requirements to staff and vendors.Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.Knowledge of Cloud based solutions and their administration such as SaaS, Azure Cloud, Atlassian suite.Demonstrated experience in the implementation and application of innovative solutions to practical Systems management problems.A position description is available in the link below.To apply, follow the prompts below.To be considered for this position, please provide the following: A CV detailing your qualifications and experience.A Cover letter briefly addressing the selection criteria.Applications close midnight 17th January 2025.#J-18808-Ljbffr
